Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the parts sales cycle from initiation to completion.
  • Engage with customers and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Effectively communicate updates regarding the status of parts to customers.
  • Utilize the electronic parts catalog to accurately identify and discuss specific parts.
  • Handle incoming calls, providing pricing information and additional details to customers.
  • Verify that all parts ordered match the estimates and ensure pricing accuracy.
  • Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external clients.
  • Process orders from inventory and conduct regular stock checks for accuracy.
  • Alert the parts manager about any out-of-stock items or urgent shop supplies.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient delivery of parts as required.
  • Source out-of-stock parts from external suppliers and place emergency orders when necessary.
  • Ensure all internal parts requests are billed appropriately on service repair orders.
  • Collect payments from retail customers or secure credit approvals.
  • Order, receive, and return parts as necessary to meet customer demands.
  • Participate in factory training and ongoing education relevant to the role.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly parts area.
  • Adhere to all attendance and punctuality standards.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, demonstrate teamwork, and take initiative.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to providing high-quality customer service.

Education and Experience
