Role Overview: As a Sales Account Representative at Right Accord Home Care, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our reach. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and bring new clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
  • Conducting territory market research and mapping target accounts to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborating with the team to enhance brand awareness and ensure a consistent, positive message.
  • Participating in community events to promote our services and forge meaningful connections.

  • Comfortable closing on sales leads and directing referrals
  • Holds and can maintain a clean driving record
  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills, including the ability to confidently communicate ideas, engage audiences effectively, and convey information in a clear and compelling manner
  • Proactively researches and identifies new sources for client referrals
  • Comfortable with small event coordination and small group public speaking
  • Resilience in handling some rejection and bouncing back effectively
  • Goal-oriented, with a consistent focus on achieving measurable results
  • The ability to exercise initiative and carry out instructions from a supervisor
  • Driven by a competitive nature to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
  • Proficient in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing tasks to meet deadline, with a strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Understand and follow policies and procedures and other duties as required by Management
  • Capability in effectively utilizing technology such as email, the internet, SMS etc., for documenting service deliveries
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
