About You: We are looking for a Service Coordinator to support the Fire Suppression team. You must have an outgoing personality, be highly organized, and be able to maintain a high level of professional conduct.

Essential Functions:

  • Communicate with varying clients to set up inspections
  • Generate technician inspection schedules
  • Manage technician work schedules
  • Assess the service needs of customers and connect them with the correct service
  • Create and maintain a database of customer and customer needs
  • Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance on service sites
  • Order material for inspections and repairs
  • Coordinate with Operations Administrative Supervisor to schedule routine maintenance
  • Ensure inspecitons are performed and reports are turned in in a timely manner
  • Create, maintain, and update service agreements
  • Create and organize work orders and gather necessary information

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain accuracy
  • Time management skills
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast pace and ever-changing environment
  • Firm understanding of general business structure and business terms

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of Administrative Assistant experience required
  • 1-2 years of Scheduler experience preferred
