You must have an outgoing personality, be highly organized, and be able to maintain a high level of professional conduct. Essential Functions:Communicate with varying clients to set up inspectionsGenerate technician inspection schedulesManage technician work schedulesAssess the service needs of customers and connect them with the correct serviceCreate and maintain a database of customer and customer needsCoordinate and schedule routine maintenance on service sitesOrder material for inspections and repairsCoordinate with Operations Administrative Supervisor to schedule routine maintenanceEnsure inspecitons are performed and reports are turned in in a timely mannerCreate, maintain, and update service agreementsCreate and organize work orders and gather necessary informationQualifications/Skills: Proficient in MS OfficeExcellent organizational skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to maintain accuracyTime management skills Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast pace and ever-changing environmentFirm understanding of general business structure and business termsEducation/Experience:High School Diploma1-2 years of Administrative Assistant experience required1-2 years of Scheduler experience preferredLVC Companies, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer as defined by the EEOC
