Our team in Santa Rosa is currently searching for a motivated, thorough, and customer service friendly individual to be a Senior Alarm Technician.

Position Overview
The Senior Alarm Technician is responsible for the servicing of residential and commercial Burglar Alarm, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and CCTV (Camera) Systems.
Responsibilities
- Establish positive relationships with clients and other trades on site.
- Explain service processes to customers.
- Install wiring and devices per project or service ticket plans.
- Service systems in a timely manner, aligning to company standards.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve them.
- Complete all necessary paperwork per company standards.
- Perform all duties safely and responsibly to avoid injury, damage to property, and loss of materials.
- Work independently on different residential and commercial job sites.
- Be in a rotation to answer customer questions via telephone.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years servicing burglar alarm, fire alarm, access control, and/or CCTV systems.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Clean/good DMV record.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions (both written and verbal).
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
- Must have or be able to obtain Alarm Company Employee (ACE) license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Have or be willing to obtain Fire & Life Safety Certification.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, electrical theory, and construction.
