Position Overview: As a Guest Service Representative at Eximius Associates, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring that each guest's experience is positive and enjoyable. The ideal candidate will be personable, organised, and capable of managing a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, creating a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, handling reservations and special requests efficiently.
- Provide information about our services, facilities, and local attractions, offering recommendations as needed.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organised front desk area, ensuring that all necessary materials and information are readily available.
- Manage guest bookings and reservations using our system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing clear and accurate information.
- Support special events and activities, assisting with guest needs and ensuring smooth operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office equipment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
