Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
Electrical contractor providing residential and commercial service to customers in the Southeast Texas area. Office and QuickBooks testing will be required.
To provide various clerical and accounting services including but not limited to:
- Answer phones for service / estimate request for electrical work and schedule work as directed.
- Setting up and invoicing customers, communicating and problem solving to manage open balances, and processing incoming payments.
- Correspond with customers and vendors.
- Organizing / maintaining electronic and paper files / records.
- Data entry.
- Record expenses.
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years QuickBooks preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred.
- Must be able to work effectively and independently in a very fast-paced, team oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organization skills and very detail oriented.
Pay $20-$25 hr, DOE. Background check and drug screen implemented. Professional references will be checked. Mon-Fri 8-5.
