International Supply Chain Specialist is directly responsible for the daily activities of clients within the OOCL Logistics Supply Chain Management portfolio. As the International Supply Chain Specialist, you will ensure best in class service is provided through understanding and implementation of specific business requirements. You will coordinate with global teams to resolve service challenges and drive continual process improvement. Requirements for this role:

  • Establish, maintain, and ensure internal understanding of client specific global operating procedures
  • Act as lead contact for problem resolution and day-to-day account management
  • Coordinate with internal global offices and external 3rd parties mitigating disruptions to customer’s supply chain
  • Champion a role that promotes client centric attitude with proactive resolution and best in class service
  • Develop trusting partnership with existing clients through effective communication and problem solving
  • Retain existing/current clients

Ideal Candidate qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable combination of experience and education OR
  • Minimum 3-5 years supply chain experience can be combined with education
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to travel to customers’ office as needed
