Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee 3PL Warehouse Inventory to guarantee uninterrupted supply
  • Process and authorize invoices from both internal and external sources
  • Engage with third parties to rectify shipment discrepancies
  • Handle damage and loss claims with the accountable party for prompt resolution
  • Act as the primary US contact for customers regarding supply chain matters
  • Evaluate on-hold inventory
  • Conduct audits of warehouse, freight, and customs invoices
  • Request quotations for rework tasks
  • Reconcile inventory and maintain the inventory management system on a daily basis
  • Perform quarterly inventory counts and generate variance reports
  • Facilitate communication between engineering, sales, and customers
  • Achieve departmental and organizational objectives by taking ownership of your role and exploring additional avenues for value addition
  • Other duties as assigned
Educational Background and Preferred Experience:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a relevant domain
  • Capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and requirements
  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, including reading and writing, is advantageous
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Must be results-oriented, proactive, detail-focused, and well-organized
