Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse inventory to guarantee a steady supply
  • Review and authorize invoices from both internal and external sources
  • Coordinate with external parties to rectify shipment discrepancies
  • Manage damage and loss claims with the accountable party for prompt resolution
  • Act as the primary US contact for customers regarding supply chain matters
  • Examine inventory on hold
  • Conduct audits of warehouse, freight, and customs invoices
  • Solicit quotations for rework services
  • Reconcile inventory and maintain the inventory management system on a daily basis
  • Perform quarterly inventory counts and generate variance reports
  • Facilitate communication among engineering, sales, and customers
  • Achieve departmental and organizational objectives by taking ownership of your role and exploring additional avenues for enhancing the position
  • Undertake other assigned duties as necessary
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a relevant domain
  • Capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and demands
  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, including reading and writing, is advantageous
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel
  • Must be results-oriented, proactive, detail-focused, and well-organized
