Omnia360 Facility Solutions is a full-service provider of customized and cost-efficient integrated facility solutions for corporate office, multisite dispersed portfolios, education, and industrial-focused organizations. We’re looking for a dependable self-starter who can work well alone or on a team, to perform athletic field maintenance in addition to all general landscape duties as a site-based Landscaper for a property in the O'Bryonville/Hyde Park area. This position will report directly to the Landscape Site Manager.

Responsibilities for the Landscaper position include:

  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of playing surfaces that include mowing, edging, fertilizing, overseeding, painting, spraying, aerating, topdressing, and dirt management.
  • Assist in set-up and tear down of windscreen, nets (tennis, lacrosse, soccer), and softball fencing as well as special events.
  • Mowing, trimming and maintaining (seeding, installing sod, etc.) turf throughout campus.
  • Installing and maintaining mulch.
  • Pruning shrubs, hedges, and bushes as well as applying fertilizer.
  • Planting new shrubs, trees, and perennials as needed.
  • Pulling weeds and applying weed killer.
  • Snow removal as needed.
  • The ability to operate and maintain grounds equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Driving company vehicles for miscellaneous tasks such as snow removal, material pick up, etc.
  • In addition to landscape duties, this position will help with indoor facility maintenance and athletic court upkeep as needed and during the winter months.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements for the Landscaper position include:

  • Possess excellent customer service skills and can-do attitude with ability to communicate in English; both written and oral.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • 2+ years related experience, with one year experience in sports turf preferred.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions while lifting up to 50lbs.
  • Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-hire requirements including FBI/BCI background check and drug screen.
  • Valid Driver's license in good standing and ability to drive company vehicle when requested.
