Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Onboarding Associate is a client-facing role on our Client Services team. This person is responsible for curating a  successful onboarding experience for new clients. The Onboarding Associate will establish a positive client relationship and strong rapport, execute against a defined onboarding schedule, and ensure all tasks and dependencies are executed in a thorough capacity. As a member of the Client Services team, this role is pivotal in the onboarding and project management of new clients. They will manage all incoming new client projects with a diverse set of customers, and as the first touch point in a customer’s experience after partnering with 829, they will be a critical player in driving long-term client success and demonstrating the value of 829's service offerings. 

What You'll Do:
  • Understand and translate customer business goals into a project brief that will be referenced by all internal team members
  • Proactively outreach to ensure customer success 
  • Assist clients in navigating the technical aspects of the onboarding process, including granting 829 access to all relevant accounts
  • Gather, analyze and process client data and package all findings into a comprehensive project brief
  • Assist in the sharing of project specifications and client requirements, involve all relevant departments to ensure technical feasibility and resource availability  
  • Communicate and coordinate account assignments with Directors
  • Provide weekly and monthly update of where each client is in the onboarding queue
  • Track and maintain accurate client records and hit key onboarding services milestones  
  • Exhibit responsiveness and patience toward the client
  • Be enthusiastic and friendly, while expressing a willingness to help
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and take the time to help create clarity for the client
