This position will report to the Technical Services Manager and involves a hybrid work setup.

Essential responsibilities and duties include:

  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Demonstrate leadership and teamwork within the Technical Services Group by supervising daily tasks
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure high levels of customer service before and during job execution
  • Offer administrative support to the Technical Services department
  • Coordinate with various departments to develop solutions
  • Gain knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety regulations such as RCRA & DOT
  • Support job paperwork data entry
  • Organize and manage environmental documents
  • Prepare work-orders for upcoming projects
  • Communicate with clients and schedule services
  • Track client shipments and send necessary reports
  • Generate client invoices based on job details

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Associates degree
  • Desire to learn about Environmental Health & Safety
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer service

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with Oracle ERP
  • Relevant industry background
