WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS:

You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule.

As our Electrical Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in achieving unprecedented success. Your typical day will involve meeting clients in their homes to discuss their needs and close deals while also identifying prospective customers and generating new leads. Your in-depth knowledge of our electric services will allow you to effectively emphasize their features and solve customer problems. Additionally, you will conduct engaging training sessions to equip the team with advanced techniques and strategies, ensuring that they not only meet but exceed their sales targets. Your meticulous analysis of performance metrics will provide valuable insights to inform future strategies and drive the team toward even greater success.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • 5 years of sales experience
  • Ability to overcome objections and close deals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to drive to customer's homes

Desire to learn to be an electrician or work in the electric field is preferred but not required.
