Our client offers an amazing opportunity to develop new businesses in the laser market and maintain relationships vital to continued growth as a Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include educating the sales team on proper selling techniques, overseeing equipment applications to ensure suitability, and collaborating with product managers to enforce safety guidelines. Additionally, the role entails building relationships with suppliers to align product offerings with market needs, traveling to support regional sales efforts, and managing various aspects of the sales process such as lead follow-up, prospecting, and proposal generation. It also involves guiding sales and service personnel in safety practices related to laser equipment.

  • Proven experience in CO2, Fiber, and Yag laser market development, preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong ability to identify and address customer needs.
  • Familiarity with printing and packaging industries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, spending approximately 75% of time on the road.
  • Commitment to ethical business conduct.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on personal and professional growth, possessing strong communication and organizational skills, and able to maintain a work-life balance.
