• Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with hotel and transportation partners and guests.

• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Task Coordination: Facilitate, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks across the team.

• Schedule Management: Ensure strict adherence to schedules and meet demanding deadlines.

• Communication: Respond to electronic communications in a timely and professional manner.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and effectively.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of Service Liaisons, providing feedback and support as needed.

• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new Service Liaisons and ongoing professional development for the team.

• Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

• Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize impact on service delivery.

• Travel: Travel as required for site inspections and ensuring service quality across locations. Up to 50% or more.

• Reporting and Invoicing: Manage and oversee reporting and invoicing to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Contract Compliance: Understand and adhere to contract performance requirements of our clients, ensuring all services meet contractual obligations. Requirements: • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Operational Expertise: Strong background in operations management within the hospitality industry.

• Computer Proficiency: Excellent computer skills. • Service Orientation: Warm and welcoming service orientation.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to facilitate, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks.

• Time Management: Ability to maintain strict schedules and meet demanding deadlines.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Military Preference: Special preference will be given to qualified persons who served in an active military capacity and were honorably discharged.
