As a National Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and market share in the US beverage segment. You will work closely with key accounts, distributors, and internal teams to identify opportunities, build relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the beverage industry. This position can reside in any US based location.

As a National Sales Manager, you will:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and objectives for beverage products.
  2. Identify and prioritize target accounts and prospects within the dining, hospitality, and Leisure sectors.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to support sales initiatives and drive customer satisfaction.
  4. Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and recommend product enhancements.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our beverage solutions.
  7. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure favorable outcomes for both the company and the customer.
  8. Track and report sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and market share analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the beverage or foodservice industry.
  • Strong understanding of beverage systems, equipment, and related processes and solutions.
  • Travel 50%+
