The position will start with a base salary of $60,000 yearly plus commissions. Commission information will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Duties:

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients or customers who may benefit from your products or services. This involves using various methods such as cold calling, networking, attending events, and leveraging online platforms.
  • Building Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives. Establish trust and rapport to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations or sales presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of your offerings. Tailor your presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement for both the client and Silver Star Handle objections effectively and provide solutions to overcome any obstacles to closing the deal.
  • Closing Sales: Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. Use persuasive selling techniques and closing strategies to secure commitments from prospects and convert leads into customers.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Manage your sales pipeline track, meet, and exceed your goals, effectively prioritize leads, follow up promptly, and forecast future sales.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. Address any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use market intelligence to identify new opportunities, anticipate challenges, and adapt your sales approach accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations, talent acquisition, and executive management to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Share valuable insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices through training programs, workshops, and self-directed learning. Continuously improve your skills and expertise to excel in your role as a Sales Representative.
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of sales experience is required, preferably in the security industry
  • Demonstrated excellence in a previous sales role
  • Ability to travel frequently with overnight travel included for specified events and meetings
  • Advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office required
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to excellence
