In This RoleRecruiting Coordinator
- Provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition team as requested
- Generate offer letters in applicant tracking system
- Administer, monitor, and report all pre-employment background checks
- Create new hire profile in HRIS system (Rippling) and send pre-boarding documents
- Support recruiting teams as a point of contact for candidates when scheduling interviews (ensure necessary resources for interview are booked, arranging airfare, lodging, and transportation for all candidates visiting from remote locations)
- Own all first day communication with new hires by confirming the candidate and onboarding teams (IT, People & Culture, hiring managers, etc.) are prepared for start dates
- Provide support for various recruitment-related initiatives, such as employer branding efforts, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Maintain and track the employee referral and relocation bonus programs
- Assists with job postings and sponsored recruiting ads
- Partner with People Development team on employee promotions and transitions
- Ensure 100% compliance with all internal guidelines and external hiring laws and regulations
- Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team
- Other tasks as defined by Management
- Pre-screen and support intern program company-wide
- Own the candidate experience by greeting, escorting, and coordinating candidate interviews
- Provide timely feedback to candidates not selected for positions
- Support the design and implementation of university recruiting strategies to attract and hire top university talent and meet hiring goals (career fairs, information sessions, student organization meetings, etc.)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships at target universities with key faculty, professors, administration, and student organizations
- Schedule and attend job fairs, career fairs, and other recruiting events to generate qualified applicants and increase brand awareness
- Participate in the planning and hosting of intern program activities
The Ideal Person
- 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role
- Experience in a fast-paced recruiting setting
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness; comfortable speaking on the phone
- Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team setting
