Provide clinical leadership and intervention with a quality substance use and mental health treatment team that specializes in recovery for women. Services are intended to increase engagement in treatment and improve wellbeing for women. Responsibilities include providing gender responsive screening and case assignment, direct/clinical supervision and support, community engagement/education and program development thru data driven evaluation and dynamic change management processes that ensure the delivery of quality care as well as strong community collaboration and advocacy. Services will be both office based and also within the community at co-located partner sites. Employees are supported in this work with comprehensive benefits, quality supervision, flexible scheduling, robust engagement opportunities, quality skill development activities well as career advancement opportunities.


Position Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
  • CAADC, Development Plan or eligible and willing to actively pursue
  • State License (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC etc.) - Full licensure strongly preferred.
  • Valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance, and clean driving record
  • 3+ years in working with children and families
  • High level of technical skills (electronic health record, MS Office etc)
  • Strong Data management and communication skills
