Services are strengths-based, culturally responsive, equity-driven, and family-centered to support healthy development and overall well-being.
Services are delivered directly in homes and communities to ensure accessibility, offering assessments, individual and group therapy, and comprehensive support. Your role will involve supervising and developing clinical staff, providing limited direct clinical care to families, and spearheading program development with a focus on data-driven evaluation and change management. Additionally, you'll engage in community coordination and advocacy efforts.

Responsibilities:
Provide client centered supervision, development of clinical staff, program / data oversite and program leadership ensuring provision of quality care, data driven evaluation and change management processes and community coordination and quality mental health treatment as part of an inter-disciplinary team that facilitate healthy development of young children (ages 0 -5) and increased family stability
Position includes assessment, individual and family therapy.
Provide quality family centered care that facilitate the healthy development and overall well-being of Latinx, African American women and their babies
Services aim to promote racial equity and eliminate disparities in birth outcomes between white infants and infants of color in Kent County
Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research
Position may provide limited direct care activities.
An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, successes and challenges from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position/organization
Position Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
State License (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC etc.) - Full licensure strongly preferred.
MI-AIMH endorsed or willing / able to work towards MI-AIMH Infant Mental Health Level II Endorsement a must.
Valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance, and clean driving record.
Previous team lead/supervisory experience preferred.
3+ years in working with children and families. (Clinical experience)
High level of technical skills. (electronic health record, MS Office etc)
Strong Data management and communication skills.
