The Automotive Service Director at Mills Auto Group is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service department, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires extensive knowledge of automotive service and repair, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
  • Set performance goals and provide ongoing training and development for the service department
  • Monitor service operations to ensure timely and accurate completion of work
  • Maintain and improve customer service standards, addressing any customer concerns or issues
  • Work closely with the parts department to ensure adequate inventory levels
