Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance work as assigned, adhering to dealer and factory standards.
  • Oversee the work of apprentice technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and perform repairs efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with parts department to obtain necessary parts.
  • Document work performed and ensure that customers' vehicles are kept clean.
  • Supervise shop area and ensure that all dealership-owned tools are accounted for.
  • Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins and attend training classes as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • ASE or manufacturing training.
  • Manual dexterity and good judgment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
