We're searching for a tech-savvy assistant to provide administrative support to the marketing team.

This is a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility in adapting to changes. Must be a highly organized, outgoing, team player that likes to GSD.

Remote position in the Tampa Bay area.

Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Compile data, create reports and present to the team
  • Creating PowerPoints and documents
  • ​Organize digital files
  • Deploy email campaigns
  • Market Research
  • Using AI tools for content creation
  • Manage Chat GTP for the marketing team
  • Basic WordPress maintenance
  • Basic graphic design and video edits
  • Google Docs and Excel to create reports
  • Tracking results from marketing efforts
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
