The Home Health Clinical Support Specialist Position

We are seeking a Clinical Support Specialist for our Nashville office. This person will be responsible for supporting the Case Manager with managing and coordinating home care services from admission to discharge.

QUALIFICATIONS for the Clinical Support Specialist:

  • Two or more years home health experience required
  • One or more years EMR experience preferred
  • Must be computer proficient
  • Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented
  • Must be able to pass background and drug screening
