Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision.
- Assist with patient mobility and positioning.
- Support patients in personal care and daily living activities.
- Communicate observations or changes in patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation of necessary records.
- Ensure patient rooms are clean, organized, and that medical equipment is well-maintained.
Qualifications:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider certification must be obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire or job transfer date. Accepted certifications include those from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent OR 1 year of relevant cumulative job-specific experience is required.
Additional Preferences:
This position requires a commitment of 3 days of 12-hour shifts for full-time employment. Availability throughout the week is necessary to accommodate rotating shifts.
