As the Complex General Manager at By the Sea Resorts in Panama City Beach, Florida, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the multiple hotel properties. This includes overseeing the hospitality department, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of quality and excellence throughout the resort. As a management role, you will also be responsible for leading and supervising a team of employees.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. In addition, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, and opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the overall operations of the resort complex, including the hospitality department
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives
- Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction by responding to guest feedback and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the resort is receiving the best products and services at competitive prices
- Create and maintain budgets, monitor expenses, and make adjustments as needed to ensure financial goals are met
- Ensure all local and state regulations and laws are followed, including health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and increase occupancy and revenue
- Conduct regular inspections of the resort to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards
- Attend and participate in meetings with senior management to provide updates and make recommendations for improvements
- Coordinate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences
- Act as a representative of the company at industry events, conferences, and community events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort setting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- Knowledge of local and state regulations and laws regarding hospitality and tourism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in marketing and sales is a plus
