Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of dedicated staff to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional service delivery
  • Manage inventory, quality standards, and foster a positive work environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of management experience in a car wash or related industry
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications
  • Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
  • Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods
  • Able to operate POS and other typical office machines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a leadership role at a car wash
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule: We are open 7 days a week, 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Weekend and holiday shifts are required. The Assistant General Manager's work schedule will be Friday through Tuesday.
