Your daily tasks include daily route settlement, check processing, mail processing, and assist our accounting department on any tasks needed.

Responsibilities include:
Answering phones, creating and printing orders, responding to emails, basic excel spreadsheets, maintaining A/R and balances while working closely with salesmen and retailers, and more basic office tasks. This job is perfect for anybody looking for stable reliable employment.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to communicate effectively with employees in the office, and with our customers
Flexibility and openness to multi-tasking
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and other basic computer functions.
Ability to adapt to new software and the willingness to learn a new system.

Typical hours: Monday through Friday 10 am to 6pm. Willing to be a bit flexible for the right candidate.

Starting wage is $17.00+ depending on experience.

All full-time employees are eligible for benefits.
