Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and evaluate federal and state income tax returns, including Individual, Partnership, Corporation, Non-Profit, Trust, and Estate filings.
- Compile and assess work papers, trial balances, adjusting journal entries, depreciation schedules, and book-to-tax reconciliations.
- Generate and analyze tax estimates.
- Offer QuickBooks support services.
- Prepare and assess year-end 1099 forms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a Master’s degree in Accounting with CPA certification; or four years of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Capable of analytical thinking, technical proficiency, organizational skills, and problem-solving.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting as well as work independently.
- Competence in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work additional hours when necessary.
- Capability to sit for extended periods.
- Frequent hand/wrist/arm movements required (typing, grasping, reaching, etc.).
- Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of up to 40 pounds.
