The Registered Nurse (RN) functions collaboratively as part of a 23-Hour 59-minute Crisis Receiving Center (CRC). The CRC team in comprised of a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. This team addresses urgent behavioral health needs including but not limited to significant emotional dysregulation, disordered thought processes, substance use intoxication resulting in behavioral crisis, and environmentally de-stabilizing events that require multi-disciplinary crisis intervention. As the RN in the CRC, you will be responsible for utilizing triage skills, providing ongoing assessment, crisis intervention and clinical determination for level of care to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. The RN will provide compassionate, person-centered, trauma-informed care to individuals with the goal of stabilization at the least restrictive level of care and an emphasis on post-crisis growth. An ideal candidate to fill this RN position will work with community partners, stakeholders, and the multidisciplinary team within the Crisis Receiving Center to coordinate client care and safety.

Full time Registered Nurses at Riverwalk Crisis Receiving Center are eligible to participate in a comprehensive employee benefits program. Nurses at the Crisis Receiving Center must have excellent communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills and remain calm in crises.

Minimum Qualifications:

Current and Valid MT RN License
Ability to pass a background check upon an offer of employment
Ability to work 12 hour Graveyard Shifts in a 24/7 crisis receiving center
