Position: Full-Time Front Desk Agent
Shifts: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. & 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. WEEKENDS REQUIRED

Role Summary: As a Full-Time Front Desk Agent, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our guests. Your duties encompass providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in basic math and computer operations
- Warm, outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends
Responsibilities:
- Extend a warm welcome to arriving guests
- Efficiently manage reservations and address inquiries
- Facilitate smooth check-ins and checkouts
- Uphold cleanliness and organization at the front desk
- Attend promptly to guest needs
