The service team works on commercial, industrial, and government facilities in San Diego and the High Desert (Riverside, Temecula, 29 Palms, Palm Springs).
Key strengths we need to provide our clients excellent service:
- Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to conduct thorough maintenance and document additional recommendations for extending equipment life
- Experience with HVAC equipment start ups
- Familiarity with split systems, package units, air handlers, VAVs, VFDs, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Boilers, Refrigeration
- Clearance to drive a fleet vehicle
- Professional, clear communication (written and verbal) with clients and teammates
Our offer package will include:
- Competitive Salary, range $30-$55 per hour, depending on years of experience.
- Company vehicle, fuel card.
- Service tools and equipment.
- Paradigm pays 100% employee health, dependent coverage can be added through a payroll deduction. Paradigm offers a “Choice” plan to include Sharp, Kaiser, Scripps. Paradigm also participates in group dental and vision that can be purchased for a minimal cost. The company also provides limited disability coverage.

- Training & Education – Paradigm encourages and invests in our employees through in house and outside training. All employees are provided 1st Aid/CPR training.
