Position Overview

Salary: $30 to $55 per hour based on experience.

Essential Skills Required:
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Proficient in conducting comprehensive maintenance and providing recommendations for equipment longevity
  • Experience with HVAC system startups
  • Knowledge of split systems, package units, air handlers, VAVs, VFDs, pumps, cooling towers, boilers, and refrigeration
  • Valid clearance to operate a company vehicle
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and colleagues
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: Ranging from $30 to $55 per hour, depending on experience.
