Overview

We are seeking an HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow their career and financial earnings.

Responsibilities
  • Above market wages and performance incentives paid out weekly via direct deposit - Earn $30 – 50+ per hour

Qualifications
  • Three or more years of experience in HVAC installation
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Working knowledge of national codes and best practices
  • Requisite basic certifications (EPA Universal)
  • Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A valid driver's license
  • Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends
