Position Overview

Salary: $30 to $55 per hour based on experience.

Essential Skills Required:
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Capability to perform comprehensive maintenance and provide recommendations for equipment longevity
  • Experience with HVAC system startups
  • Knowledge of split systems, package units, air handlers, VAVs, VFDs, pumps, cooling towers, boilers, and refrigeration
  • Valid driver's license for fleet vehicle operation
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Compensation and Benefits:
