Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director and VP of Brand Development in creating, releasing, and designing various types of content, including videos, whitepapers, and more.
- Lead the distribution of content across platforms and analyze comparative analytics and market trends.
- Aid in maintaining and updating the website and social media platforms. Assist in the planning and execution of events.
- Handle administrative and logistical tasks brand/project related to Brand Development.
- Actively participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Originate innovative ideas in line with our strategic pillars.
- Share ownership with the team for successful execution of brand initiatives.
Valued Competencies:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Marketing, PR, or Brand Development.
- Undergraduate degree and a strong academic track record.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, along with other graphic design programs.
- Adept at both creative and analytical thinking.
- High degree of intellectual curiosity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with learning from mistakes and taking accountability.

Additional Information:
Base salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple reasons, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The expected base salary for the role will generally be between $70,000 and $85,000 per year at the commencement of employment, but the final salary offered may be outside this range based on these reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, base salary is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses, alternative incentive packages, commission eligibility, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
