About being a Project Supervisor at Stratosphere Quality:

  • Responsible for project set up, managing customer deliverables and team member expectations and general supervision
  • Completing ongoing training with team to maintain consistent work and communication with customers and employees
  • Travel to the manufacturing plants, where the parts are being made or the warehouses where the parts are being stored to supervise our teams of quality inspectors
  • Create an atmosphere where the individual is recognized and foster an environment for employee growth
  • Work together with their teams and customers to solve problems

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Responsible for ensuring all teams within assigned locations are operating according to standards and requirements, including safety.
  • Develop work instructions specific to each individual project
  • Train team leaders and inspectors on proper procedures relevant to the project
  • Manage customer relationships
  • Completes required training classes
  • Follows all employee policies and other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications & Skills

  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Associate's Degree preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience is required
  • Experience with business-to-business customer relations

Requirements:

Must have a valid Driver's License

May require:

Travel to customer facility on short notice

Amount of travel could be up to 75%, including overnight if needed.
