Position Summary
Paul Davis Restoration is a national franchise that delivers emergency services, restoration, and reconstruction for residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, storms, and other disasters. With over 340 franchises and company-owned operations across the US and Canada, we are among the largest property restoration firms in the nation. The Reconstruction Project Supervisor (RPS) is tasked with leading the reconstruction division, effectively deploying resources—including trusted subcontractors—to ensure that our clients receive prompt and exceptional service during property emergencies. This role necessitates close collaboration with other leaders within the organization to guarantee that our team consistently delivers outstanding care to those in need.
Responsibilities of a Reconstruction Project Supervisor (RPS)
The RPS collaborates with property owners and subcontractors following traumatic incidents such as fires or floods to repair damages and restore properties. You will oversee renovations while managing and communicating the budget effectively. This role requires significant time spent in the field to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards. Experience in construction project management is essential, with a preference for candidates with a background in large loss reconstruction projects.
