H2 Health is seeking a compassionate Front Desk Receptionist & Patient Coordinator to work full-time at our Midland Physical Therapy outpatient clinic in Midland, TX. Our ideal candidate is someone passionate about helping others, committed to providing great customer service, and looking to grow within our family. We provide a flexible work schedule to accommodate your lifestyle.


As a Front Desk Receptionist & Patient Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the detailed scheduling of pre-employment candidates and responsible for accurate documentation of any client interactions as well as accurate chart preparation. You will be the first impression our patients and customers hear and see as they walk through our doors or call our office. You will need to be able to schedule candidates for testing and handle any walk-in candidates, collect payments and at times handle a high volume, a busy situation in a friendly and controlled manner.


What You'll Need:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

  • Be able to type at least 40 to 50 words per minute and have experience with software such as Gmail, Word, Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Docs.
  • You have excellent phone etiquette and can document phone calls, and route phone calls while handling customers at the front desk with a pleasant friendly, helpful attitude.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail in all work done with a low error rate.
  • Must have the ability to take constructive criticism and have a strong work ethic.
  • Must be on time to work and have a flexible schedule.

Specific responsibilities:

  • You must be able to answer/manage several phone lines throughout the day.
  • Have good computer skills, typing speed, and experience with Google Suite, Word, and Google Documents/Sheets.
  • Excellent communication skills are needed for all aspects of the job.
  • Maintain an organized workflow while being able to problem solve and help smooth the flow of patients and candidates in the office.
  • Be able to communicate with doctors, companies, or other referral sources if they call maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Maintain an organized work area and be able to write legibly.
  • Help make the flow of the patients and other customers smoothly flow.
