  • Administrative duties such as processing orders for print & fulfillment, billing, filing, reporting, working with AS400 computer systems, and interacting with customers and clients via email, phone and fax

  • Supporting operations and participating as a key team player
  • Continuous learning to ensure a deep understanding of relevant operational phases and processes
