Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAs Customer Service, you are the heartbeat of our fulfillment center where we manage loyalty programs and contests for numerous clients. Not only will you play a key internal role providing ongoing support to the Client Development, Client Solutions, and Fulfillment Services teams, but you’ll also serve as a key partner to our vendors. Project management, outstanding communication, and superb people skills are keys to success in this fast-paced role. Your typical day will consist of:
  • Resolving issues that arise due to mistakes made by customer service partners
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service best practices across the organization to ensure efficiency and cross-functional knowledge sharing
  • Responding to customer service inquiries
  • Assigning and directing project workflow
  • Communicating to Project Leads and customer service partners regarding the contests they manage
  • Ensuring ePrize is honoring all client agreements (e.g., reporting, responsiveness, etc.)
  • Coordinating all activities related to handing off contest programs to our customer service partners for screening and judging responsibilities
  • Assisting in the formulation of new documentation for training, quoting, and overall monitoring of programs we service
  • Conducting training sessions for new employees
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships across all departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and full team support

  • You possess a High School Diploma/GED
Successful Customer Service Leads often have backgrounds in:
  • Call Center/Customer Service

  • Communications
We offer CSLs:
  • A pay rate dependant on experience. Range is between $15-$18\hr
