Summary:
This role focuses on developing and executing a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets for containers, modular structures, and value-added products. The individual will engage in prospecting, customer relationship management, market analysis, and pricing negotiations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan for containers, modular structures, and related products.
  • Spend 40% of time on outbound prospecting, 30% on inbound inquiries, and the rest on account development and customer visits.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and track industry trends.
  • Prepare competitive price quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure successful order processing.
  • Maintain sales records and generate reports on performance and market insights.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
  • 1 year of outbound prospecting experience or 1 year of experience at WSMM.
  • Ability to travel 10%-20% for customer field visits.
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
