Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan for containers, modular structures, and related products.
- Spend 40% of time on outbound prospecting, 30% on inbound inquiries, and the rest on account development and customer visits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and track industry trends.
- Prepare competitive price quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure successful order processing.
- Maintain sales records and generate reports on performance and market insights.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
- 1 year of outbound prospecting experience or 1 year of experience at WSMM.
- Ability to travel 10%-20% for customer field visits.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
