Title: HR Director

Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary HR business partner for operations and corporate functions.
- Collaborate with leaders and teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive impact.
- Coach and advise leaders on people strategy including organization design, change management, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Ensure efficient delivery of HR programs and services, such as performance management, compensation planning, and talent reviews.
- Develop and implement organizational effectiveness strategies to drive employee engagement and retention.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to attract, onboard, develop, and retain the necessary talent.
- Support enterprise diversity and inclusion initiatives through collaboration with business leaders to create inclusive and cohesive teams.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Participate in enterprise-wide initiatives/projects as assigned.
- Achieve target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to attrition, employee engagement, and safety.
- Drive employee engagement across all departments of the DC.
- Complete other valuable activities as assigned by the organization.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team and various business partners to ensure optimal alignment and collaboration.
- Provide employee relations support.
- Maintain a positive, service-focused mindset.
- Demonstrate the ability to value both relationships and results, and prioritize others.
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong team.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in an HR generalist role, with strong organizational capability/organization development, change management, and talent management experience.
  - Of which, 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in using HR technology and analytics.
- Demonstrated knowledge of general HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
- Master’s in human resources management is required.
- Proven ability to partner, communicate, and consult with executive and senior-level leadership routinely and effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
