About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Coordinator to support our Sales team. This entry-level role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team by handling various administrative tasks, coordinating samples and packaging, preparing for meetings, updating systems, and working cross functionally to coordinate customer specific deliverables. Due to the nature of this role, this position will be expected to report to our offices full time. What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and manage the distribution of product samples to customers and internal stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of sales meetings and assembling necessary materials and proactively coordinating follow up items following meetings
- Update and maintain the sales database and various customer systems to ensure accurate and current item setup information
- Conduct retail site visits and coordinate same day sample delivery as needed. Access to your own vehicle is a plus
- Partner cross functionally with various departments to coordinate ecommerce assets and customer specific deliverables
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales department
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree or 1+ year of experience in a sales, marketing, or administrative support role
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong project and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization
- Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
- The ability to do medium-heavy lifting on a regular basis (up to 50 lbs)
- Comfortable working in an office environment full time
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional growth within a dynamic environment
- Ability to embrace transparency and adapt to shifting priorities, while learning from each decision and maintaining focus on progress
