Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic Early Childhood Education Teacher's Aide to join our team You will be supporting students and lead teachers through different parts of the school day. You will also be taking part in daily cleaning, organizing, and lesson material preparations.

You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities
  • Follow a comprehensive curriculum
  • Aide in teaching beginning reading and math skills
  • Assist children with developing social and emotional skills
  • Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques
  • Communicate with parents and other school personnel
  • Daily cleaning and disinfecting
  • Lesson material preparation
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
  • Problem-solving and mediation skills
  • Hawaiian cultural teaching experience/learning a plus
  • Must be a team player
  • Able to follow daily routines and take instructions from others
