Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic Lead Teacher's Aide to join our team You will be assisting the head teacher with planning and implementing both whole-classroom and small-group instruction. 

You are passionate about learning and love working with children. With strong creative and organizational skills, you are able to connect with individual students and develop strong relationships with faculty to create an engaging learning environment. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Tutor and assist students individually or in small groups to help them master assignments and to reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers
  • Supervise and engage with students throughout the day
  • Provide differentiated support for students
  • Teach social skills to students
  • Daily cleaning
  • Lesson material preparation
Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • High-energy with a love of working with children
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Honest, kind, understanding, and supportive
