We are looking for someone a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a part-time intern-level social media manager that wants to build their portfolio & experience level. This intern must have knowledge of the med-spa setting and can easily navigate and promote our services.
Wellness Wing is looking for a creative Social Media Intern to assist our growing business. This is exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success. This position is flexible with hours. We are offering no more than 16 hours/week. This position can be hybrid (some in office hours & some home hours).
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns.
- Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media websites.
- Help create and maintain main company website.
- Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
- Assist on influencer campaign strategy.
- Respond appropriately to comments and DMs on social media platforms & relaying messages to the front desk/management.
- Create compelling graphics to share across social channels.
- Write social media captions that speak to the company’s target audience.
- Help create and edit short-form videos.
- Assist with photo/video content shoots.
- Ensure brand message is consistent.
- Coordinate and help management team with marketing events.
- Work alongside team and our reference app called RepeatMD.
Qualifications:
- Currently working on degree associated with this line of work
- Mastery of the major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Canva, GoDaddy Websites, and more.
- Knowledge of social media analytics software including Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and Twitter Analytics to track audience engagement and campaign performance
- Experience with content management systems, word processor applications and image/video editing software
- Some experience in content management
- Basic copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Mondays. Compensation is $14.00 - $15.00/hour.
