Summary/objective

The Inside Sales and Account Manager is a technically savvy, relationship and results driven advocate for AMI’s

Client base. Duties for the Client Champion are broad ranging and focused on utilizing industry knowledge and technology to enrich the Client/AMI experience and increase AMI product sales.

  • Client Satisfaction and relationship building at executive and stakeholder level
  • Sales growth in existing assigned client base
  • Client Executive Reviews via temNOW dashboards and QBR
  • Pre-sales RFP Support to Sales
  • Client Baseline review and tracking
  • Contract expiration tracking
  • Contract Renewals Support to Sales– Assessment and Strategy 6 months prior to renewal
  • MDM License renewals
  • High Risk Client support
  • Other duties as directed.

Supervisory Responsibilities

No supervisory responsibilities.

Work environment

Flexible work environment with core business hours.

Physical demands

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Travel may required.


Requirements:

Required education and experience

  • Industry and product knowledge: Network, Hosted Voice, Cloud, Mobility
  • Invoice and Contract knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Project Management
  • Assertive and Outgoing
  • Analytical skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Interpersonal skills - Excellent listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented and understands how to prioritize based upon ROI benefit
  • Technical knowledge - Proven technology invoice knowledge and/or other relevant experience

Preferred education and experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
  • Background in Telecommunications, Technology, and Sales or Client Support
