We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As a Pre-Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be working closely with customer IT teams, conducting product demonstrations, and creating compelling customer case studies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales success by showcasing the value and capabilities of our products to potential customers.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and requirements, and align product demonstrations and case studies accordingly.
  • Build strong relationships with customer IT teams, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert to understand their pain points, challenges, and objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customer IT teams, showcasing the features, functionalities, and benefits of our products.
  • Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement or customization, and relay this information to the product development team.
  • Create compelling and persuasive customer case studies that highlight successful product implementations and their impact on customer organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant customer data, success metrics, and testimonials to support case study development.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure case studies are optimized for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, and sales collateral.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to provide relevant insights during customer engagements.
  • Assist the sales team in proposal creation, RFQ and RFP responses, and technical documentation preparation.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or customer-facing role.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex systems and "speak the language" of engineering and information technology.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with customer IT teams, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating compelling customer case studies or success stories is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing customer requirements.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The base salary range for this role is between $120k - $155k. The actual salary offered will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, and the successful candidate's overall fit within our organization and total package will include components such as benefits and stock options.
